Job Title: 1st Shift Maintenance Supervisor
Reports to: Managing Director
Department: Maintenance
FLSA: Exempt (not eligible for overtime)
Location: Breinigsville, PA

Trinity Glass International is growing. We have the need for a facility maintenance supervisor to oversee the daily maintenance of the equipment needed for the facility to operate. This is separate from the maintenance team who will be working in the areas we are growing.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Supervise maintenance team’s daily activities and job organization
Ensure there is proper maintenance coverage in place daily
Administer disciplinary action, when necessary, in accordance with the Trinity Handbook
Duties/Responsibilities:
Planning, prioritizing, assigning, supervising, reviewing and participating in all tasks related to facility maintenance
Developing methods and schedules for facility maintenance
Responsibly handling emergency situations or after-hours calls for repair and maintenance
Taking part in developing maintenance policies and standards for an organization
Coordinating training sessions in facility maintenance, safety procedures, and methods
Maintaining preventive maintenance standards for the organization’s facilities and equipment
Routinely inspecting various elements of buildings and grounds, such as fire alarms, security cameras and sprinkler systems
Required Skills/Abilities:
Strong organizational and leadership skills, together with a results-driven approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver

Education and Experience:
2+ years' experience of working in a manufacturing facility
High School Diploma
Profound experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools
Physical Requirements:
Walking
Sitting for prolonged periods of time
Bending
Kneeling
Stooping
Frequent use of hand/wrist
Fine manipulation of hands/fingers
Lifting up to 20 pounds singularly
