Job Description
Maintenance Supervisor – FM Service Provider –Wembley, London – £50,000 \n\n An opportunity has arisen for a capable and hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to join a reputable FM service provider within a large, occupied commercial building. This role involves supervising on-site engineering operations, ensuring the effective delivery of hard services, and maintaining high standards of compliance and building performance.\n\nThe site features modern plant and building services, requiring a Supervisor who can lead a small engineering team, support day-to-day maintenance activities, and act as a key point of technical oversight.\n\nHours of Work\n\n07:00am - 16:00pm\nMonday - Friday\nOn-call: 1-in-4 rotaKey Responsibilities\n\nSupervising a team of three engineers (two site-based, one mobile)\nOverseeing planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical systems\nProviding technical support and leadership to the engineering team\nEnsuring statutory compliance and adherence to health & safety procedures\nManaging PPM schedules, reactive tasks, and work order close-out\nCoordinating specialist subcontractors and mobile support where required\nMaintaining accurate maintenance records and system logs\nParticipating in the on-call rota and responding to critical issuesAbout You\n\nElectrically or mechanically qualified (C&G Level 2 & 3 or equivalent)\nPrevious experience in a Supervisor or Lead Engineer role within commercial FM\nStrong technical knowledge of building services systems\nConfident managing engineers and prioritising workloads\nOrganised, proactive, and solution-focused\nProfessional and calm in a live building environment\nWilling to take part in an on-call rota\nThis role would suit an experienced Lead Engineer or Supervisor looking to step into a stable, well-supported position with responsibility for a key sitePlease send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions for more information
