Reliability / Asset Engineer

This is a reliability-led engineering role, not hands-on maintenance.

You’ll focus on:

• Root cause analysis (RCA)
• Downtime and performance data analysis
• Reliability strategies (RCM, FMEA)
• Improving OEE and asset performance

You’ll work closely with Production and Maintenance to eliminate repeat failures and improve long-term equipment reliability.

Background:

• Qualified and experienced in engineering (mechanical or electrical)
• Manufacturing / process environment experience
• Strong engineering fundamentals
• Experience with reliability tools or data-driven improvement

Ideal for engineers who prefer solving problems permanently rather than firefighting.
