Job title:\n\nMaintenance Plumber\n\nLocation:\n\nStatic Site in Monument, London\n\nTerms:\n\nDays Mon-Fri, 08:00AM - 17:00PM\n\nSalary/rate:\n\nSalary is paying £ 45,000\n\nRequirements:\n\nPlumbing or Mechanical Qualifications needed consist of the below -\n\nNVQ Plumbing or Mechanical Level 2/3\nCity & Guilds Plumbing or Mechanical level 2/3\nL8, Legionella\nWater Treatment Certs \n\nAbout the company & role: \n\nA well-established maintenance provider who are renowned for their prestigious contracts are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Plumber working on one there Critical Buildings in The City of London. This reputable company are big believers in promoting staff internally and are currently looking to add a Mechanical Plumber to there team.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nTo undertake PPM, proactive and reactive works issued through the helpdesk within set time frames so that the customer expectations are met.\nEnsure that equipment operates to specified performance criteria and surrounding area conforms to agreed company standards.\nTo take a proactive approach to client liaison and ensure that concerns are dealt with or relayed to management as necessary.\nTo carry out plumbing duties on sites as and when required.\nTo provide a technical engineering service with the minimum of supervision to the client in respect of mechanical servicing, repairs, maintenance, and installation.\nTo undertake the service and maintenance of other assets/trades that were deemed competent to do so.\nTo undertake contractor control duties on behalf of the client, including monitoring of contractors and their workmanship, so that relevant standards are met.\nTo evaluate performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment under contract to the company is carried out.\nPPM's & reactive maintenance.\nManging ppm's, logbooks, and compliance.\nCandidate requirements:\n\nThe ideal candidate is client facing (job activities that involve direct interaction or contact with a client or customer)\nStrong building services background\nQualified Plumber/Mechanical Engineer with Commercial experience\nNo criminal record / no convictions (high level security clearance required for this role)
