The Role Were recruiting on behalf of a busy Midlands-based contractor looking for an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join their team due to a consistently high workload.

This is a maintenance-only role , starting on a 3-month subcontract trial , with a view to permanent PAYE employment for the right candidate. Youll be working across domestic and retail properties carrying out day-to-day plumbing maintenance and small works. Responsibilities Carrying out domestic & retail plumbing maintenance

Repairing leaking taps, toilets, pipework, and fittings

Replacing radiator valves and carrying out radiator installations

Responding to reactive maintenance jobs

Working in occupied properties and customer-facing environments
