Maintenance Plumber (Water Consultancy) – Borehamwood

£35000-£42000 + Van + Benefits

Environmental Compliance Consultancy are actively looking for a Maintenance Plumber to cover the West & North London area carrying out a range of tasks including TMV Servicing, temperature sampling and monitoring, deadlegs removals and shower clean/descaling.

To apply for the Maintenance Plumber role the following experience is required

* NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing

* 4 years commercial experience with a working knowledge of both commercial and domestic projects

* Full driving license

* Any experience in water hygiene duties beneficial.

The Maintenance Plumber will be given a full range of benefits, the opportunity to be put through additional C&G courses and regional work to maintain an effective work balance. All work is planned by the logistics team to minimise admin for you.

Duties Summary

* Carry out planned remedial maintenance work on both commercial and domestic sites across the London area

* Maintain site paperwork through PDA’s, identifying further work requirements and recommendation to the customer assisting in quotes to the client contact.

* Maintain a site completion rate of more than 90%

* Always maintain site H&S standards and in line with industry regulations and company expectations
