Job Description

Maintenance Plumber Wembley\n\nMy client is a leading FM provider; they are looking to recruit a maintenance plumber based in Wembley. You will have your city and guilds, nvq or equivalent as well as proven track record in commercial maintenance.\n\nSector: Commercial Maintenance Retail\n\nDuties will include all ppm and reactive maintenance on TMV's, general pipework copper and pvc, taps, washers, sinks, blockages, replacing toilet furniture, legionnaires checks, tank checks, general ppm's on fan coil units, changing filters, plant visual checks on pumps, motors as well help out with general maintenance duties and escorting sub-contractors.\n\nHours 8-5 Monday to Friday\n\nSalary 41.2K with overtime (if wanted) call out 1 in 8 and company benefits.\n\nThis is a great opportunity to work locally in Wembley with a client that can offer ongoing development and good benefits.
