Job Description Maintenance Plumber – FM Service Provider – Commercial Building – Fitzrovia, London – Up to £45,000 per annum
Exciting opportunity to join a globally recognised FM property company based at a large commercial building in Fitzrovia, London. CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Maintenance Plumber for a static site, delivering high-quality plumbing and mechanical maintenance.
The successful candidate will be a qualified plumber (Level 2 minimum) with a proven track record in commercial or property maintenance. Working as part of the on-site maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out both planned preventative and reactive maintenance across plumbing and building services systems.
In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £45,000, overtime opportunities, further training, and the chance to work at a high-profile, well-maintained site.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday
- 08:00 am – 16:30 pm
Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive plumbing works
\n
Repair toilets, sinks, and general sanitary ware
\n
Unblock drains and toilets and resolve plumbing faults
\n
Conduct water hygiene maintenance and inspections
\n
Inspect and repair pipework systems
\n
Carry out minor plumbing installations
\n
Maintain pumps, expansion vessels, PRVs, and TMVs
\n
Support water treatment tasks (temperature checks)
\n
Assist other trades on site when required
\n
Carry out general building fabric maintenance
\n
Escort and supervise specialist subcontractors
\n
Package:

Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum

Requirements:
\n
Plumbing qualification – City & Guilds / NVQ - Level 2 minimum (Essential)
\n
Proven track record in commercial or property maintenance
\n
Installation experience desirable
\n
Strong communication and customer service skills

Comfortable working across a large site
\n
Reliable, hardworking, and professional attitude
\n
