As our

Maintenance Planning Manager , youll ensure the delivery of effective engineering maintenance support to the site. Youll work collaboratively with the Engineering Manager, Production Leads and Engineering Team to plan and schedule all maintenance activity including backlog, spares and materials. In addition, youll support plant criticality reviews, review maintenance plans, establishing critical spares, and be the key user for the site SAP PM maintenance system and reporting. Youll ensure stock is available for planned maintenance and ensure contractors work safely in line with risk assessments. The Role

Planning and scheduling of a risk-based maintenance strategy Planning shutdowns and follow on works Ensure data integrity within the CMMS system (SAP). Materials for work orders are anticipated and available for scheduled works CI

evaluate the effectiveness of Planned performance maintenance tasks based on KPIs Ensure service contracts/external supplier relationships are maintained and supplier effectiveness is reviewed. Contractor Control - RAMS Essential Ingredients

Experienced Engineering Planner / Maintenance Planner Experience of Contractor and stores management in a manufacturing or FMCG environment IT knowledge

able to use widespread functions within relevant software inc. Microsoft Office and SAP H&S knowledge e.g. IOSH

able to ensure a safe working environment. Communication skills

articulate/develops effective, long-term relationships with key people Desirable structured Engineering training - L3 Apprenticeship Extra Dough
