We're looking for a Temporary Maintenance Operative to join a prestigious residential development in the Belgravia area. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and proactive individual to ensure high standards of property maintenance are upheld. You'll be responsible for carrying out a variety of tasks to keep the development running smoothly and efficiently for the residents. This beautiful grade II listed development consists of 23 high end apartments and the service expectation is reflective of the dedicated in-house team. Key Responsibilities: * Performing routine maintenance checks and minor repairs across the development (e.g., plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting). * Responding promptly and efficiently to maintenance requests from residents and management. * Assisting with the upkeep of communal areas and grounds. * Identifying and reporting any issues requiring specialist attention. * Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health and safety regulations.
