Hours:0-40 hours (Full time), including weekends on rotation & bank holidays.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience:At least 1 year as a multi-skilled Maintenance Operative with a preferred trade (essential).
  • Hands-On Skills:Proficiency with machinery, tools, and completing a variety of tasks.
  • Specialized Experience:Maintaining hot tubs (desirable) and at least 1 year of pool plant maintenance experience.
  • Qualifications:Pool Plant Qualification (PWTAG) is desirable.
  • Customer Focus:Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Attention to Detail:Delivering 5-star standards consistently.
  • Tech Savvy:Comfortable with Microsoft systems and computer literate.
  • Professionalism:Well-presented, with the ability to interact effectively with management, staff, and guests.
  • Team Spirit:Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work independently when needed.
  • Transport:Reliable transportation is essential due to our location.
