Working Hours: Monday – Friday

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Development Details:

This role will be based at a development located at Kidbrooke, South East London. The development consists of 1500 luxury residential homes and is located less than a 10-minute walk from Kidbrooke Station. Kidbrooke Village provides 86 acres of new parkland and open space and has been awarded the prestigious 'Sir David Attenborough Award' for Enhancing Biodiversity.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements:

As a Maintenance Operative at Rendall & Rittner, you will be:

Experienced in performing various maintenance tasks, this includes tasks like changing light bulbs, repairing items, clearing drains and keeping the environment safe and clean. Passionate about creating a clean, positive, and safe environment for , guests, and the team this will be done through litter picking, window cleaning, metal polishing, and painting. Expert in customer service, using this expertise to lead, engage, and inspire others. Proactive in seeking opportunities to drive the performance of the development. Skilled in handling feedback effectively in the moment, serving as the main point of contact for all queries.
