If youre experienced in painting and decorating, patchwork repairs, carpet and tile replacement, and basic plumbing, we want to hear from you. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with a can-do attitude and a strong eye for detail. What Were Looking For: Proven experience in general property maintenance Ability to work independently and solve problems on the go Good communication and time-management skills Key Responsibilities: Carry out general maintenance, repairs, and redecoration across the Forward House building.. Install signage and ensure all areas are clearly marked for customers, clients and tenants. Perform basic plumbing tasks, such as maintaining welfare facilities and fixing minor leaks.
