Maintenance Manager Location: RuskingtonWere looking for a driven and hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead site maintenance operations and develop a high-performing engineering team. Youll be instrumental in moving the site away from reactive repairs and towards a culture of continuous improvement, reliability, and ownership. Working closely with production and senior leadership, youll ensure the site operates safely, efficiently, and in full compliance while delivering improved equipment performance and uptime.
