Job Title - Maintenance Manager / Line Engineering Lead Day Rate - c£500 per day Duration - 3 Months Hours of Work - 8-4pm (must be flexible for business needs) Background - FMCG/Food We are looking for a hands on Maintenance Manager to join a busy manufacturing environment in Leicester. You will ideally be have worked in an FMCG/Fast paced manufacturing environment. You will be responsible for the following: * Leading the continuous improvements on site * Influencing technicians, process engineers * Developing improvement plans * Tracking and reporting maintenance indicator results * Taking lead of the Progressive Maintenance & Autonomous Maintenance on site * Planning and Scheduling maintenance work * You will help improve downtime with scheduled maintenance The person * Communication is key - Can you listen, can you liaise at all levels * Are you a born leader, can you help others through guidance when required * Are you happy to get down and dirty, roll those sleeve up and help out where needed * A level 4 in process improvements would be highly desirable If the above sounds like you, please send your updated CV to the advert now!
