We've got a brilliant opportunity for an Electrical bias Maintenance Manager to work for a well renowned building service provider to manage the PPM and reactive maintenance on a high end commercial site within the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a privately owned M&E company who continue to be successful within the market.
For this role, you'll be managing all mechanical and electrical works on site, allocating works, providing technical support, book in contractors, oversee logbooks, RAMs, Permits, report into the Account Manager, and ensure the site is ran to the best of it's capability.
To be successful in this Maintenance Manager role, you must be fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (Level 3 minimum, C&G/EAL/NVQ Or Higher), experience managing teams, client management experience and at least 5 years experience working within commercial property maintenance.
Maintenance Manager Duties:
Build strong client relationship and serve as the main point of contact. Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure the effective delivery of services. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation. Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving measures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards. Resolve any issues or disputes that may arise Provide regular reports and updates to senior management. Fully qualified in Electrical Installations / Engineering (Level 3 minimum, C&G/EAL/NVQ Or Higher) At least 5 years experience in commercial property maintenance Management experience Strong M&E knowledge Salary and Package:
