What You'll Be Doing:
Leading a small, capable team across a busy site
Managing and developing their CMMS (Shire) - maintenance is already planned 5+ months in advance
Keeping standards high, ensuring minimal downtime, and supporting the wider group's engineering strategy
What You'll Need:
CMMS experience (Shire ideal) and a systems-led, preventative mindset
Engineering background - electrical or mechanical (Level 3+ qualified)
Experience in chilled, automated, logistics, or FMCG environments is a big plus
