Maintenance Manager Waste Management c£62,000 + car allowance + bonus Peckham, London MC Technical Recruitment is currently looking to recruit a Maintenance Manager to plan & manage a maintenance department at a busy Materials Recycling Facility (MRF). This role is a days based position working at 40 hour week, Monday to Friday. As a Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for: Leading & managing day-to-day maintenance operations across the MRF, MBT & wider site, ensuring effective planned & reactive maintenance delivery Owning & controlling maintenance budgets, costs, CMMS performance & spare parts inventory Driving a strong health & safety culture, ensuring full compliance & safe working across all maintenance activities Leading, coaching & developing a team of ~10 engineers & technicians to deliver high performance & quality standards Collaborating with internal teams & external partners to improve asset reliability, deliver projects & optimise site performance Other duties as required To be considered for this role you should have: Hold a degree/master's in a relevant field & bringing proven experience in a similar role in a waste or process environment.
