Maintenance Manager (Engineering)

Are you a Maintenance Manager from any background looking to join a sustainable and rapidly expanding, forward-thinking company, where you will truly make an impact and have a direct influence on the future success of the business by leading a team of dedicated Engineers?

In this role you will be responsible for the management of 8 Engineers across 3 different sites all over the UK, overseeing their performances, collaborating with the Maintenance Planner on scheduling, conducting audits and trend analysis.

Founded over 2 decades ago, this company has over 90 employees and is responsible for supplying waste treatment, disposal and recycling services. They are experiencing significant growth investing over 2 million per year in their capital expenditure, investing in plants and equipment to increase their project capacity in processing more waste.

This role would suit a Maintenance Manager from any background, who is looking for autonomy to lead a team of engineers within a fast-growing, forward-thinking company with further scope to progress into more senior project and operations roles.

This Role:

\n Managing a team of 8 engineers over 3 different sites

Assessing team performances and KPIs
\n
Trend analysis of auditing performance
\n
Collaboration with Maintenance Scheduler on engineering works and schedules
\n
8-5, Monday to Friday
