Are you an experienced multiskilled Maintenance Engineer from a food, FMCG or manufacturing background looking to work for a global business where you take ownership of equipment reliability across production sites in Burton and Leicester.
Do you have experience in a maintenance engineering environment and want to work in a company where you are trusted to do your job as an expert in your field and will deliver genuine value across the company?
On offer is a role as the Maintenance Engineering Lead in a Food Manufacturing environment where you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a preventative maintenance programme.
This is a hands-on role with a key focus on introducing structure and improving how maintenance is managed across the business.
The role:

• Develop and implement a preventative maintenance programme across all sites
• Respond to breakdowns and carry out fault finding and repairs
• Maintain and improve a wide range of production equipment including grinders, fillers, forming and clipping machines
• Identify recurring issues and implement long-term fixes
• Manage and organise spare parts and critical components
• Work closely with production teams to minimise disruption
• Standardise maintenance practices across sites
• Support installation and setup of new equipment

The person:

• Hands-on engineer who enjoys problem-solving and taking ownership of maintenance systems
• Multi-Skilled Engineering experience with production machinery
