Are you an Estimator/QS/Contracts Manager or similar from a construction/fit-outs background or similar looking to join a brand-new business established this year but the backing and support of a multi-million pound organisation.
\n
Do you want to join a business at its inception where you will be given the rains and opportunity to help shape it's road map as well as the chance to progress into Directorship positions.
\n
On offer, is the exciting opportunity for an Estimator/QS/Contracts Manager to join a brand-new business, started in January this year, this business has been formed with the full backing of a £200-million turnover organisation. With ambitions to get over £3 million turnover in the first 12 months, this is a great chance to get on board.

In this role, the successful Estimator/QS/Contracts Manager would initially be responsible for estimating and surveying new projects as well as managing the day-to-day runnings of the projects to make sure they are being completed within budget, as well as to schedule
\n
The ideal Estimator/QS/Contracts Manager would come from a construction/fit-outs background or similar and be eager to join a brand new business.

Going out to new projects and estimating/pricing up new jobs.

Project/Contract Management.
\n
Travel to sites.
\n
Progression to Director.
