Maintenance Engineer

As part of the site engineering team, you will be responsible for maintaining production equipment and ensuring maximum plant availability across the facility.
Responsibilities include:
* Reactive and planned preventative maintenance across production machinery
* Electrical and mechanical fault finding on manufacturing equipment
* Supporting small engineering projects and plant improvements
* Working with automated processing equipment and site services
* Contributing to continuous improvement and reliability initiatives
* Ensuring health and safety standards are maintained at all times
The Engineer
We are looking for engineers who are comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and who take pride in keeping production running efficiently.
You will ideally have:
* Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food production, or a similar environment
* Multi-skilled engineering capability (electrical or mechanical bias considered)
* Experience fault finding on production machinery
* A relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship
* Strong problem solving ability and proactive mindset
Shift Pattern
Panama shift pattern
12-hour shifts covering days and nights
Average of approximately 42 hours per week
