Salary: £46,000 - £49,000 + Benefits Location: Leicestershire Shift Pattern: Rotating 3 Shift System An established UK-based manufacturing business with over 45 years of industry experience is seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join its engineering team. Operating across multiple European sites, the business designs and manufactures aluminium-based solutions for a wide range of architectural and industrial applications. This is a hands-on role in a heavy industrial environment , ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys fault-finding, large machinery, and real engineering challenges. The Role of the Maintenance Engineer You will be responsible for maintaining and improving plant reliability within a demanding production environment.
