No.: 1019Salary: Starting Salary £56,753 increasing to £59,740 after probation Shifts: Suez Shift (12 hr shifts days & nights)Were looking for a Resident Maintenance Engineer to join an on-site team at a major automated warehouse in Thatcham. This hands-on role is essential to maintaining the reliability and performance of a fast-paced intralogistics operation.About the Role: Responsible for delivering PPM and reactive maintenance within agreed timeframesMaintain and repair fast-flowing material-handling equipmentLog all daily activities accurately using the agreed methodWork closely with the customer and fully engage in day-to-day operationsEnsure compliance with site CMMS, quality, environmental, and H&S proceduresIdentify root causes of equipment issues and work proactively with operationsRequirements: ONC/HNC/BTEC/NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical or Mechanical EngineeringPLC knowledge/experience beneficialExperience with automated materials-handling equipmentAbility to work at heightAbout Us:Wills Consultants is an independent recruitment consultancy specialising in engineering, finance and office professionals.
