Bespak are looking for a Maintenance Engineer for the Kings Lynn site, PE30 2JJ. The salary range for this permanent, onsite role is between £50k and £53k plus a discretionary annual bonus. Working Pattern - 4 on 4 off - Mon 6am to 6pm / Tue 6am to 6pm / Wed 6pm to 6am / Thu 6pm to 6am Fri+Sat+Sun+Mon off - Start the next shift on Tue at 6am for your next 4-day pattern. As a Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for the repair and maintenance of our advanced manufacturing equipment, including cam-driven assembly systems and robotic injection moulding machines. Your role will involve a mix of planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs, where you will conduct root cause investigations to prevent future failures. You will also support equipment installation projects, identify opportunities for continuous improvement, and provide technical advice to the manufacturing teams.
