Maintenance Engineer - CNC & Plant Equipment Specialist \n Location: Coventry\n Hours: 41 hrs/week (12-hour continental shifts)\n Salary: £39,392 per annum + Shift Allowance £7,462 per annum + benefits\n\nAre you a hands-on problem solver with a passion for keeping production running smoothly?\n\nWe're looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to join our team in a busy manufacturing company based in Coventry.\n\nWhat you'll be doing:\n\nRapidly responding to breakdowns and diagnosing faults.\n\nRepairing, servicing, and maintaining CNC machinery and other plant equipment.\n\nInstalling and repairing electrical systems, hydraulic and pneumatic equipment, and automated machinery such as robots and PLC-controlled systems.\n\nPerforming routine maintenance and upgrades to support uninterrupted production.\n\nFabricating and repairing parts using machine tools, welding equipment, and workshop skills.\n\nSupporting production supervision to meet manufacturing targets.\n\nWhat we're looking for:\n\nTime-served, industry-recognised apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.\n\nProven track record in a similar machining/manufacturing environment.\n\nMulti-skilled with mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic expertise.\n\nExperience with Siemens PLCs, robotics, and TPM practices.\n\nForklift licence desirable but not essential.\n\nIf you're a resourceful engineer with the skills to keep production lines running at full speed, we'd love to hear from you
