Description
Perform routine maintenance and repair of production equipment and machinery. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues to minimise downtime. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all maintenance activities. Collaborate with the production team to improve equipment reliability and efficiency. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance. Support the installation and commissioning of new machinery and equipment. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions. Participate in regular inspections and audits to ensure optimal operational standards.Profile
A successful Maintenance Engineer should have:
A strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, ideally within the FMCG sector. Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing industrial machinery. Knowledge of health and safety standards in an engineering environment. Experience with preventative maintenance programmes and techniques. The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Job Offer
