Our client is open-minded on background whether youre electrically biased, mechanically biased, or already multi-skilled, what matters most is your drive, positivity, and willingness to learn.Youll be part of a close-knit shift engineering team, keeping production moving through a mix of reactive fault-finding, planned maintenance, and continuous improvement. Full training and cross-skilling support are available for engineers with the right mindset.What Youll Be Doing: Maintenance Engineer Providing reactive and proactive maintenance support across the site Fault-finding on a wide range of mechanical and/or electrical systems Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance to improve reliability Supporting breakdown response during days and nights shifts Working safely at all times, following isolation and H&S procedures Sharing knowledge with other engineers and apprentices on shiftWhat Were Looking For: Maintenance Engineer A maintenance engineer with electrical or mechanical bias (multi-skilled ideal, not essential) A recognised apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent qualification Strong fault-finding ability and hands-on engineering approach A positive, energetic, and driven attitude towards work Willingness to be trained and develop additional skills Comfortable working a rotating 4 on 4 off days and nights shift patternWhats on Offer: Salary: £48,226.25 per annum (paid weekly, salaried) Shifts: 4 on 4 off days and nights Holiday: 22 days per year Structured training and development to build multi-skilled capability Supportive management team that values energy, attitude, and accountability Long-term stability within a well-established engineering operationLocation: Uttoxeter Job: Maintenance Engineer Shifts: 4 on 4 off, days & nights (07:0019:00 / 19:0007:00)If you bring the right attitude and energy, the skills can be developed.
