Workinga4on/4offrotatingdaysandnightsshiftpattern,youwillplayakeyroleinensuringplantreliability,minimisingdowntime,andsupportingcontinuousproduction.

KeyResponsibilities Carryoutplannedpreventativemaintenance(PPM)andrespondeffectivelytobreakdownstomaximiseplantuptime Ensuremachineryisreturnedtooperationquicklyandsafelyfollowingfaults Supportlong-termmaintenanceplanningalongsidetheEngineeringTeamManager(ETM) Performroutinemaintenanceonboilersandassociatedsystems Maintainandmonitorpressuresystems,includingsteam,condensate,andcompressedair Ensureallplantissafelyisolatedformaintenance,cleaning,andcontractorwork IssueandmanagePermitstoWorkandIsolationCertificatesinlinewithprocedures Assistandsupervisecontractorsonsitewhenrequired Accuratelyrecordallmaintenanceactivitiesusinginternalsystemsandlogs Reportandmanagesparepartsusagetoensureavailabilityforfuturerepairs Maintainhighhousekeepingstandardsacrossthesite Promotearightfirsttimeapproachtomaintenance,implementinglong-termsolutions AdheretoallHealth&Safetylegislation,includingsafesystemsofworkandriskassessments EnsurecompliancewithrelevantregulationsincludingElectricityatWorkRegulations,LOLER,ISO14001&ISO50001 Supportenvironmentalinitiatives,includingspillresponseandprevention Assistproductionteamsandcontributetoongoingsiteimprovements AboutYou Electricallyqualifiedwithstrongfault-findingskills xbpsjku Mechanicallycompetentwithhands-onmaintenanceexperience Experienceworkingwithboilersandsteamsystems Strongunderstandingofhealth&safetypractices,includingCOSHH Aproactive,self-motivatedteamplayerwithapositiveattitude Excellentcommunicationskillsandabilitytoworkcollaboratively FirstAidqualification(desirable) WhatsonOffer Competitivesalaryof£45,000 Structured4on/4offshiftpatternprovidingagreatwork-lifebalance Opportunitytojoinastableandsupportiveengineeringteam Ongoingtraininganddevelopmentopportunities
