Location: Reading
Salary: £40,000 - £43,000 (DOE)
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
An established industrial services business is seeking a Multi - Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their engineering team. This is a great opportunity to join a fast paced production environment where you'll play a key role in maintaining and improving plant performance.

Key Responsibilities for this Maintenance Engineer Role:
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Diagnose and repair faults quickly and safely, minimising production downtime.
Perform electrical and mechanical fault finding down to component level.
Complete accurate maintenance records and communicate updates to Production.
Support ongoing improvements to plant, machinery and maintenance processes.

Experience & Qualifications needed for this Maintenance Engineer Role:
Recognised Electrical Engineering qualification (e.g., City & Guilds).
Strong experience across both electrical and mechanical maintenance.
Good understanding of electrical installation and maintenance.
Confident with componentlevel fault finding.
Knowledge of pneumatics, hydraulics and steam systems.
