Maintenance Engineer

Salary: Up to £48,000 per annum DOE

Location: Aylesbury

Shifts: 4 on / 4 off Days & Nights (7 AM 7 PM)

Ready to take the next step in your engineering career? We're looking for a hands on Maintenance Engineer to join our high performing team in Aston Clinton. You'll be working with advanced blow moulding technology, helping us deliver high quality, sustainable packaging solutions that make a real difference.

Responsibilities of this Maintenance Engineer role:

• Keeping production running smoothly through proactive and reactive maintenance
• Working on extrusion, injection, and stretch blow moulding machinery
• Diagnosing faults and implementing effective, long lasting fixes
• Completing maintenance records and ensuring all work meets safety, hygiene & quality standards
• Collaborating with engineers across the site to ensure seamless production flow
• Carrying out planned maintenance and repairs across all plant and site equipment

What Were Looking For:

• At least 1 year of UK based Maintenance Engineering experience
• Knowledge of blow moulding equipment (extrusion, injection, or stretch) is highly desirable
• NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Engineering
• Strong understanding of Health & Safety and environmental best practices
• A proactive, problem solving approach and a strong team mindset
• Full right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
