We are working with a well-established building materials manufacturer in the Thatcham area who are looking for a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join their site. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hands-on role supporting a busy production environment with a reputable company.
Key Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across mechanical and electrical equipment Diagnose faults and implement effective solutions to minimise downtime Assist with continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability Maintain maintenance records and adhere to Health & Safety procedures Work closely with production teams to support operational efficiencyCandidate Requirements:
