Candour Talent are recruiting a Maintenance Engineer to join their client’s team in Ebbw Vale.

* Working Hours: Mon-Fri – 3-shift pattern (Mornings, Afternoons, Nights)

* Salary: Circa £40k + OT

After a period of sustained growth and major investment, our client is looking for a qualified and experienced Maintenance Engineer (Mechanical bias) to join their team in the Ebbw Vale area. The successful candidate will be joining a world-leading manufacturer renowned for product quality and industry-leading standards and would be part of a small engineering team that oversees the smooth running of production operations in the manufacturing facility. Previous maintenance engineering is essential, and experience in heavy industry, an advantage. Please note that this role requires demanding personal protective equipment (PPE), access to communal shower facilities, the successful completion of pre-employment medical assessments, and regular drug/alcohol testing.

The Role:

* Work in a small engineering team to follow a Planned Preventative Maintenance Programme on a range of production machinery, including conveyor systems, fillers, ovens, and automated machinery
