You will be joining a lwell established company covering the above areas as mentioneed contributing to the maintenance of various units and projects.

Responsibilities

Snagging & repairs of a live care home units

Fire alarm testing

Emergency Light Testing

HVAC Servicing

Water Treatment Tasks

Gas Boiler Checks

Carpentry knowledge

All round skills

Maintain log book compliance on site

Complete RAMs and H&S inspections

Maintain log book compliance on site

Requirements

Can do attitude

Experience and qualified in multiple areas

Open and willing to work on multiple requirements throughout each day

DBS Required

Weekened availability

Monday to Friday + Overtime

MS Office & good overall standard of I.T literacy

Trade or Engineering Qualifications.
