Were working with a well-established food manufacturing business in the Malton area thats continuing to invest heavily in its site and engineering function.
Due to ongoing growth, theyre looking to bring in a Multi-Skilled Engineering Technician to support production, drive reliability, and play a key role in improving site performance.
The Role
This is a hands-on engineering role within a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
Youll be responsible for keeping production running efficiently through a mix of reactive maintenance, planned maintenance, and continuous improvement work .
Youll also be involved in supporting new equipment, improving existing processes, and working closely with production to drive performance.
Key Responsibilities Carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance across site
Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems
Supporting the delivery of the site PPM schedule
Minimising downtime and improving equipment reliability
