About the Role We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our well-established manufacturing team in the Southwest. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on problem-solving, enjoys working with machinery and takes pride in keeping a busy workshop running at peak performance.
Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production machinery

Diagnose faults, replace parts and ensure equipment runs efficiently

Respond quickly to breakdowns to minimise downtime

Support installations, refurbishments and upgrades of machinery and control panels

Maintain accurate records and collaborate with production teams to improve reliability

What We're Looking For Proven experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance (industrial, workshop, or manufacturing)

Confident working from diagrams, manuals, and technical instructions
