Working in this fast paced manufacturing facility you will be responsible for the planned maintenance schedule and responding to breakdowns keeping downtime to a minimum ensuring the smooth running and maintenance of the manufacturing equipment.

Key Responsibilities of a Maintenance Engineer Quality Checks of maintenance activities Carry out planned preventative maintenance Adhere to Health and Safety Standards at all times Demonstrate hands on ownership and confidence when responding to breakdowns Prioritise system faults Accurately record work carried out Collaborate with colleagues Ensure CMMS is correctly updated Experience and Qualifications required for a Maintenance Engineer Minimum NVQ Level 3 Mechanical Qualification, Time Served Apprenticeship Good understanding of Siemens / Allen Bradley Good understanding of SCADA control systems Strong fault finding and problem solving skills Strong communication skills Good manufacturing practices Salary and Benefits of a Maintenance Engineer Annual Salary £58,943 (inclusive of shift allowance) 23 Days Annual Leave Quarterly Incentive between £1,000 - £3,000 annually (KPI dependant) Employer 10% Pension Contribution Staff Discount Cycle to work scheme Electric Car Scheme Overtime Gym Membership If you feel you are ready to take the next step in your career and have the right skills and experience for this
