This is a mechanically focused role with some electrical responsibilities, ideal for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem solving in a production environment.What Youll Be Doing:Responding to breakdowns to minimise production downtimeCarrying out planned preventative maintenance across machineryDiagnosing faults and completing predominantly mechanical repairsSupporting electrical fault finding when requiredInspecting equipment and updating maintenance recordsWorking closely with production teams to improve efficiencyContributing to machinery reliability and continuous improvementWhat Were Looking For:Strong mechanical engineering background18th Edition Wiring Regulations - essentialConfident working with motors, drives, and production equipmentExperience with LOTO / Permit to Work systemsFood Safety Level 2 (or willingness to complete)Able to provide full references prior to startingOwn transport required - site is not accessible by public transportWhat Youll Get:£35,000 - £40,000 per annum (DOE)Monday to Friday, 14:00 - 22:15 Permanent, full-time positionFull PPE providedSupportive and professional teamRight to Work RequirementDue to the permanent nature of this role, applicants must have the permanent right to work in the UK.Unfortunately, we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.About IVOXX IVOXX is a modern recruitment business built on straightforward service, real relationships, and industry knowledge.
