Due to our client's contract expansion, GH Engage is currently seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Plumbing bias) to work within a high-end multi-tenanted corporate premises within the City of London carrying out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance to landlord areas within a team of engineers. This role is working on a Monday to Friday basis. There is no call out on the contract but there is available paid overtime. Duties: Carry out PPMs and Reactive Maintenance duties. Plumbing maintenance; Small plumbing jobs (toilets/urinals), landlord plant and equipment, including water treatment systems, cooling towers, domestic systems, taps, WHB, TMV's, water heaters, drainage systems, and HVAC plant. Some Mechanical & Electrical Duties: Lighting - lamp changes, ballast changes, simmtronic/Phillips lighting, Emergency light testing, Fire alarm and sprinkler testing. Updating site log books.
