Job Title: Maintenance Engineer (Water Systems experience)

Location:Copford, Essex

Package:£45,000

Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm or 9am 6pm (Out of Hours On-Call Rota 1 in 3 weeks, £100 standby)


About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Engineer to join my clients team, covering a commercial site in Copford. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to be part of a dynamic and well-established company that values quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive tasks on mechanical, electrical and water systems.
  • Perform inspections and checks to building equipment and systems such as generators, AHU/FCUs, motors, pumps, LTHWS etc.
  • Perform maintenance and tests on sprinklers, TMVs, cooling towers, calorifiers and more.
  • Monitor and manage BMS
  • Diagnose and resolve M&E faults quickly and efficiently.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with health and safety regulations.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 equivalent in an Engineering related field Mechanical or Electrical discipline
  • Water Treatment/Systems or L8 Experience
  • Proven experience in a similar building maintenance role.
  • Enhanced DBS will be carried out
