Maintenance Engineer\n\nDays (fleixble hours avilable)\n£38,000 + OT avilable\n\nWolverhampton\n\nThe Role\n\nWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business within a specialised industrial processing environment. This is a days-based role offering stability, a supportive team environment, and the opportunity to play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency across the site.\n\nYou will be responsible for ensuring all machinery and equipment are running safely, efficiently, and with minimal downtime. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on problem-solving and continuous improvement.\n\nWhat will you be doing\n\n * Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) across a range of production equipment\n\n * Responding quickly to breakdowns and diagnosing faults effectively\n\n * Repairing and maintaining mechanical and electrical systems\n\n * Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to increase reliability and performance\n\n * Working closely with production teams to minimise downtime\n\n * Ensuring all work is completed in line with health & safety regulations\n\n * Maintaining accurate maintenance records and documentation\n\nWhat will you bring to the party\n\n * Previous experience in a maintenance engineering role within a manufacturing or industrial environment\n\n * Strong fault-finding skills across mechanical and/or electrical systems\n\n * A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong work ethic\n\n * Ability to work independently and as part of a team\n\n * Good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset\n\n * Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g.
NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent)
