Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer\n\nShift Pattern - Days/Nights 8 hour rotating shift Monday - Friday\n\nSalary - Up to Circa £52,000 per annum\n\nLocation - Near to Beenham, Berkshire\n\nLooking to get weekends off?\n\nAre you a seasoned Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer within the Industrial space? If so, this opportunity might be perfect for you! We are currently seeking an individual with time served maintenance skills to join a renowned manufacturing company near to Beenham, Berkshire.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nEfficiently repair various production machinery using both reactive and preventative maintenance techniques, including motors, control panels and various systems\nConfidence with PLC fault finding\nDemonstrate proficiency in both electrical and mechanical principles.\nEnsure compliance with health and safety regulations.\nCollaborate with the production team to optimise equipment performance and minimise downtime.\nKeep detailed records of maintenance activities and provide reports as needed.Requirements:\n\nPrevious experience in the Industrial sector.\nRelevant qualifications in Mechanical engineering (BTEC, HNC, etc.).\nWelding skills required.\nPossession of an 18th edition or any additional electrical qualifications is highly desirable.\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.\nExcellent communication and teamwork abilities.\nCommutable distance from near to Beenham, Berkshire.Benefits:\n\nPension Scheme Employer 3% and 6%\nHealthcare Cash Plan\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nLife Assurance x4 Salary\nLong Service AwardsThis role offers a competitive salary and an attractive shift pattern and is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to join a thriving business.
