What We're Looking For:
We're searching for an individual who is not only technically brilliant but also possesses a strong problem-solving mindset and a genuine passion for engineering.
Proven experience as a Maintenance Engineer, ideally within a fast-paced manufacturing or production environment.
Strong electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills.
Proficiency with PLC systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and robotics (desirable).
A proactive approach to preventative maintenance and continuous improvement.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Relevant engineering qualifications (e.g., HNC/D, C&G, NVQ Level 3).
