Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Engineer to join a well-renowned FMCG manufacturer in Leicester. You'll be responsible for ensuring minimal downtime across all production equipment, responding swiftly to breakdowns and carrying out planned maintenance tasks. This will be a 6 week rotating pattern of days and nights.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nReactive maintenance and breakdown response on machinery\nConduct planned preventative maintenance (PPM)\nFault finding on mechanical and electrical systems\nWork closely with production teams to ensure smooth operation\nMaintain accurate maintenance recordsRequirements:\n\nEngineer with relevant qualifications (NVQ Level 3, HNC/HND, or equivalent)\nExperience in a similar role such as (multi skilled engineer, shift engineer, shift technician, engineering technician or electrical maintenance engineer)\nStrong experience in an FMCG, food, or similar fast-paced manufacturing environment\nConfident with mechanical and electrical fault finding\nAbility to work independently.What's on Offer:\n\nCompetitive salary\nCareer development opportunities\nPension scheme, healthcare, and other company benefitsShould this position be of interest, please apply or reach out (url removed)
