My client is calling on maintenance engineers from a building services background to come in and hit the ground running. As they continue to grow, the demand for upkeep continues to grow. A great long term career on offer for those who are focused on development.
Your Duties:
* Mechanical maintenance on a range of systems including AHU’s, air conditioning, chillers and more
* Responding to breakdowns and repairs
* Monitor building management systems
* Call out rota 1 in 5
* Monday to Friday double day shift (6-2 / 2-10)
Your Experience:
* Mechanical maintenance engineer from a building services/facilities background (NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering or similar)
* Strong experience fault finding on heating, hot water, plumbing and HVAC systems etc
* A good understanding of fire sprinklers, UPS and emergency generator systems
* Able to commute to Hatfield
