Achieve your ambitions – join us at JLL Workplace Management!\n\nWe are currently recruiting for a Mobile Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) North West Schools Contract.\n\nThe role is predominantly Electrical bias of strong multi-skilled background with experience of Building Services.\n\nThis is a hands-on role and would suit an individual that can work using their own initiative and have a proactive approach to undertake all tasks required, a conscientious and reliable team player and someone that has excellent interpersonal and communication skills due to this being a client facing role. The ability to plan and supervise their own workload as well as being able to produce quotes for additional works required by obtaining materials costs and writing up a description of the works required.\n\nJob Description/Duties:\n\n ·Electrical PPM's and Reactive maintenance\n\n·Building Services tasks\n\n·Working as part of a maintenance team to deliver a great service to the client\n\n·Duties will include: Electrical fault finding, wiring, emergency lights, power distribution, sockets, circuits, belts changes, filter changes and coil cleans on AHU's / FCU's, boiler resets, basic plumbing and fabric tasks.\n\n·\n\nKey Skills and Qualifications:\n\n ·C&G Level 2 and 3 Diploma Electrical Installation (Or Equivalent)\n\n·C&G 2360 Parts 1 & 2 (Test & Inspection cert )\n\n·18th edition\n\n·Knowledge of building fabric and experience in carrying out basic fabric reactive repairs when required\n\n·Sound understanding and experience of meeting Health & Safety obligations about maintenance activities\n\n·Must be prepared to work out of hours when required\n\n·Have good communication and organisation skills\n\n·Have a positive ‘can do’ attitude\n\n·Must have a full UK driving license\n\n·Ability to work on own or as part of a team\n\n·Participate in a call out rota\n\nEmployee Benefits:\n\n * \n\n Overtime x1.5 on weekday and x2 on weekends + day in lieu on bank holidays\n\n * \n\n Standby rate is £15 per day and £50 on bank holidays\n\n * \n\n 24 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata into shifts for shift workers)\n\n * \n\n Ability to buy and sell holidays – buy 5 days & sell 2 days\n\n * \n\n Life assurance\n\n * \n\n Auto-enrolment company pension scheme\n\n * \n\n Employee Assistance Program (EAP)\n\n * \n\n Cycle to work scheme\n\n * \n\n Purchase an electric vehicle via salary sacrifice\n\n * \n\n Employee discounts with various brands\n\n * \n\n Learning and development programs, training and career opportunities.\n\nAbout JLL\n\nIf you’re looking to step up your career, Integral and JLL are the perfect professional home.
