Were looking for a maintenance engineer to join our Assembly Operations in Banbury. In this role, youll provide hands-on maintenance and technical support to keep our production lines running safely and efficiently. Your expertise will help us hit key performance targets while driving innovation across the business.Key Responsibilities Providing day-to-day maintenance support on shift to ensure plant uptime and optimal performanceDiagnosing faults, carrying out preventative maintenance, and supporting installations of new equipmentUsing and improving our CMMS system to track maintenance activityParticipating in plant audits, root cause analysis (8D, A3), and process improvement initiativesUsing escalation procedures to flag downtime, quality issues, or safety concernsExperience and Qualifications Time-served apprenticeship in mechanical or electrical engineeringIOSH trained or committed to health & safety best practicesStrong communicator with good decision-making skillsExperienced with CMMS systems and preventative maintenance processesCompetent using Microsoft Office and familiar with technical documentationSomeone who is proactive, safety-conscious, and highly organisedA natural problem solver with a continuous improvement mindsetComfortable working autonomously and collaboratively Get in touch with Matt Morson at Stirling Warrington regarding this vacancy TPBN1_UKTJ
