Alpha Manufacturing, part of The HEX Group, is a privately-owned business fabricating sheet metal in the UK. Alpha designs and produces both sheet metal work components and assemblies. Established in 1989, the company now employs over 180 people. Utilising industry-leading technology, Alpha Manufacturing have facilities to design, prototype and manufacture a diverse range of products all in their purpose-built sheet metal fabrication factory in the heart of Staffordshire.

Due to continued growth, we’re looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our dynamic team.
Role Responsibilities
️ Maintenance of sheet metal fabrication machinery including Amada press brakes
Trumpf machinery including punches, lasers and press brakes
⚡ Bystronic fibre laser
Industrial powder coating equipment – Gema
️ Maintaining LEV equipment
Working on call one week in every three – holiday cover may be required
⭐ To Be Successful, You Will Have:
Experience of machinery used within a modern sheet metal fabrication company
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible attitude to work
Experience of TPM procedures
Full driving licence
Experience of PLC systems (advantageous, not essential)
