About the Role We are working with a leading national Facilities Management provider who is seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Electrician to join their team, covering the Inverness area. This is an exciting opportunity to work on a portfolio of commercial contracts, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance while ensuring compliance, safety, and excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance on electrical systems and equipment across commercial sites.

Diagnose and repair electrical faults quickly and efficiently.

*

Perform statutory testing including emergency lighting, fire alarms, and compliance checks.

*

Work closely with FM helpdesk, clients, and other engineers to ensure service delivery within agreed SLAs.

*

Complete service reports and maintain accurate job records.

*

Participate in an on-call rota to provide out-of-hours support when required.

*

Always adhere to Health & Safety regulations and company policies.

Skills & Experience

*

Previous experience as a Maintenance or Commercial Electrician within the FM sector.

*

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, testing, and fault-finding.
