Our client is an established FM Provider with a strong presence in the retail sector. It is looking to hire a Maintenance Electrician for a Shopping Centre in Leicester.As the Maintenance Electrician, you will join a small team of engineers that carry out the planned and reactive maintenance to the whole site. You will carry out daily PPMs, and reactive works that includes 20% electrical and 80% building fabric and minor repairs.The successful Maintenance Electrician must have a proven track record in a similar role and be qualified to City and Guilds Level 2 as a minimum. You must also have good communication skills and be a team player.Our client is offering:£38,000 - £42,000 basic salaryMon Fri (37.5hrs per week)Alternating shift 7am 3.30pm and 12.30pm 9.00pm1 weekend in 51 call out in 5£154 for being on stand-byPensionExcellent working environmentThis is a lovely role for someone local who enjoys working as part of a team.JBRP1_UKTJ
